Primary Duties:
1.
Act as
the first point of call for those looking to join or seeking information
about the Club.
2.
Deal
with all Club membership.
3.
Administer
registration of all players, coaches, volunteers etc on the CDCC
database and produce lists for team management and coaches.
4.
Keep members
informed of club activities.
5.
Deal
with all outgoing and incoming correspondence.
6.
Keep
Club records accurate and up to date.
7.
Liaise
with Chair to arrange meetings.
8.
Prepare agendas and take minutes from Committee meetings.
9.
Ensure
that all Club members have relevant information before and after
meetings.
10.
Organise league and friendly fixtures.
