Primary Duties:
1.
Act as the first point of call for those booking or enquiring
about the clubs facilities.
2.
Keep
Club bookings diary up to date, and distribute as necessary.
3.
Manages booking forms and conditions of hire.
4.
Ensures the pavilion is clean and hands over keys and or
access to users.
5.
Issues invoices on a monthly basis to the hirer and forwards
copies of these to the treasurer.
6.
Liaises with the treasurer over payments made and chases
outstanding invoices.
7.
Maintains financial forecast/actual of YTD bookings.
